Some of you may be aware that we already carry similar policies utilizing our Hartford Long Term Disability coverage. This means you may be eligible for a payout from both Symetra and Hartford depending on the situation.

Getting started is simple. Visit www.symetra.com/MyGO to:

  1. Submit a claim: Fill in your claim details, upload or snap a photo of your itemized bill and hit submit. We’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know we’ve got it.
  2. Access your benefits information: View plan specific materials including your benefit summary, certificate(s), privacy policy and program flyers.
  3. Download forms: Download and print important forms whenever you need them.
